Female students at the Canadian Quran Academy start with short Surahs from Juz Amma, repeating verses multiple times before connecting them. Instructors monitor pronunciation and correct Makharij (articulation) and Tajweed errors early, preventing memorization of mistakes that would be harder to fix later, ensuring accurate and lasting retention.
Female students at the Canadian Quran Academy learn to balance practice between new verses, recent memorization, and older portions. The program guides women on recovery strategies after missed sessions due to family emergencies, ensuring consistent memorization routines, maintaining motivation, and correcting Tajweed errors for accurate, long-term retention.
Before memorizing Surahs like Al-Baqarah or Al-Kahf, Canadian women spend several weeks listening to qualified female reciters pronounce each verse correctly. Tutors correct misperceived Arabic sounds, often ص (Ṣād) versus س (Sīn) or ط (Ṭāʼ) versus ت (Tāʼ), drilling these distinctions before assigning memorization to ensure precise auditory recognition and retention.
Female students at the Canadian Quran Academy learn basic Tafsir, linking Arabic words to meanings. The Quran Hifz for ladies program teaches thematic connections between verses, showing how one Ayah leads to the next, creating cognitive anchors that enhance recall during recitation, even under pressure or temporary memory blocks.
Outcomes
Most women leave Hifz not because memorization is hard, but missed days managing household duties cause lost momentum. Students follow sustainable routines, ten minutes at breakfast and fifteen during children's naps, surviving schedule disruptions. The Canadian Quran Academy's Quran Hifz for ladies teaches recovery protocols to resume memorization without guilt or lost progress.
Ladies identify and fix specific Makharij mistakes distorting their memorized recitation—swapping heavy letters for light equivalents, dropping Ghunnah duration, or inconsistent Madd length. The Canadian Quran Academy's female tutors catch these errors during live recitation sessions before they become embedded habits requiring intensive correction, ensuring women memorize with pronunciation accuracy affecting worship validity.
Female students graduate knowing how to maintain memorized Juz through structured daily review: fresh memorization in the morning, recent review before noon, and older review in the evening. The Canadian Quran Academy's Quran Hifz for ladies teaches women to calculate review loads and adjust schedules independently without constant instructor supervision.
Ladies memorize at sustainable paces fitting around careers, childcare, and household management—not artificial deadlines causing family neglect or burnout. The Canadian Quran Academy's female instructors help women protect short daily practice windows, using childcare time for listening review and evening sessions for instructor-led recitation correction with female tutors.
Female students recite memorized verses with correct Tajweed even when nervous, tired, or distracted—the true test of embedded accuracy. The Canadian Quran Academy's Quran Hifz for ladies in Canada drills pronunciation under varying conditions through video sessions with female instructors, ensuring women don't rely on visual prompts or ideal focus states to maintain Makharij precision.
After months of memorization and review, Canadian women recognize Quranic vocabulary patterns without formal Arabic grammar study. Ladies notice recurring verb forms, familiar root words across different Surahs, and structural rhythm in Quranic Arabic, as foundations supporting later Tafsir study or Classical Arabic grammar work with female scholars.
Why Choose us?
Female tutors hold verified Quran memorization Ijazah, having recited the entire Quran to authorized scholars. Students learn from credentialed instructors who completed formal Hifz, not self-taught teachers lacking scholarly authorization.
Classes are offered during school hours, evenings, or weekends, allowing women to choose suitable times. Lessons can be rescheduled for childcare emergencies or work conflicts without penalties or added stress.
Private lessons enable instructors to detect every pronunciation and Makharij error, adjust memorization pace, and remove competitive pressure, allowing women to progress confidently based on personal retention ability.
Transparent monthly pricing supports families with single incomes or household responsibilities, removing financial barriers that prevent mothers and sisters from accessing qualified female Hifz instruction.
Students receive recorded feedback on retention, Tajweed accuracy, and consistency. Progress logs track mastered Juz and identify portions needing further review before advancing.
Women across Canadian cities and remote areas access live female instructors online, avoiding travel and childcare arrangements while receiving real-time audio correction comparable to in-person lessons.
Hifz instruction is conducted exclusively by female teachers in women-only classes. This environment ensures comfort, privacy, and adherence to Islamic modesty values without sacrificing educational quality.

Alhumdulilah my son 7yr old loves his Quran classes. Sheikh Nour Eddin Mohmoud is very interactive and makes it very interesting for my son. MashaAllah my son has progressed in his Tajweed learning, applying and memorizing. After so many teachers finally found Sheikh Nour who understands and communicate with parents and listens as to what exactly one is looking for their child. I really recommend this institute and sheikh Nour . InshaAllah I want my other son to start with Sheikh Nour as well. Hope this helps for anyone who is looking to get their kids to learn online.
Alhamdulillah this is a great place to learn Quran, Islamic Studies, and Arabic. I took these three classes and gained a lot. They teach through zoom in one on one sessions where you decide the time and day. I used whatsapp as the communication and the coordinators were really responsive. For Quran, we would read the arabic together and then learn the tafsir. After that I would memorize the surah or a portion for the next class. For Arabic, it was a focus on vocabulary and conjugations of verbs. For Islamic studies you went through a text together. The teachers are really nice and you can ask anything. I found it enjoyable learning about a different culture as I was raised in America. Give it a try!
Real transformations from students who mastered the Quran with our courses
I took a course at Shaykhi Academy, and my name is Hamza Osama from England. During my time there, I learned the Arabic alphabet and Tajweed rules. I have also successfully memorized approximately two Juz of the Quran. My teacher was the best, and I feel I benefited a lot from him. I would advise anyone who wants to learn the Arabic language, Tajweed rules, or the Quran to join Shaykhi Academy.
I’m Yahia Sarhan, I’m 15 years old and I’m from Canada. I’ve been a student at Shaykhi Academy since 2019, so about three or four years now. It’s been a great learning opportunity for me and I’ve learned a lot about Islamic studies, the Quran, and Arabic reading. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s trying to learn.
